Does it support both hotel and restaurant operations?

Yes! It includes a complete Hotel Module (for rooms, bookings, service, and event venue rentals) and a robust Restaurant POS (for tables, dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and kitchen management).

How does the Hotel Booking Engine work?

It allows you to manage room categories, assign check-in/check-out dates, monitor housekeeping status, track guest details, and automatically calculate billing including taxes and extra hotel services.

Can guests order food directly to their rooms?

Absolutely. The system links the restaurant POS to the hotel rooms, allowing guests to order room service, which housekeeping or staff can manage and add directly to the guest's master hotel bill.

How does the QR Code contactless ordering work?

You can generate unique QR codes for dining tables or hotel rooms. Guests scan the QR code to view the live digital menu, place their orders, and pay online, reducing wait times and contact.

What payment gateways are supported?

We support leading payment processors worldwide, including Stripe, Razorpay, Mollie, Tap Payment, Paystack, Payfast, Flutterwave, and Xendit, as well as cash and offline payments.

How does Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) routing work?

When an order is placed via POS or QR code, it instantly generates a KOT. Orders can be printed to thermal printers or displayed on kitchen screens, organized by preparation time and table/room number.

Can I manage multiple branches or locations?

Yes. The superadmin and administrator accounts can manage multiple branches, configure localized menus, view consolidated reports, and manage staff roles per branch.

Does the system support custom floor plans?

Yes, you can design your restaurant's physical layout in the system. Drag, drop, and configure tables to match your dining area, allowing servers to track capacity and order status in real time.

How are staff permissions managed?

You can create custom roles (Cashier, Chef, Waiter, Manager, Housekeeping) and assign specific permissions. Staff members only see and access the tools required for their specific jobs.

Can I manage event spaces and banquet halls?

Yes. The hotel module includes an agreements and banquet system where you can reserve event halls, draft guest agreement terms, manage bookings, and track deposit/payment history.

Is housekeeping tracking included?

Yes, housekeeping staff can update room cleaning and maintenance statuses in real-time, helping the reception desk know which rooms are ready for check-in.

How does bill printing work?

The POS integrates with thermal and standard printers. You can customize receipt templates, include your logo, print tax breakdowns, and output bills directly from your browser or POS screen.

Can I run promotional campaigns or discount codes?

Yes. The system allows you to create customized discount codes (fixed amount or percentage-based) and apply them during POS checkout or checkout on the digital menu.
